Shipping policy

There is nothing to ship. Every product in this shop is a PDF you download, so there are no shipping costs, no delivery times and no customs.

After your payment is approved, the download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to your email address, usually within a minute. Bundles and the recipe books arrive as a single ZIP file containing the PDFs.

If the email does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder first, then write to hello@fitpal.store with the name you used at checkout and we will send the files again.
