FitPal is a small wellness brand built on one idea: eating well shouldn't feel like a project. Most of us don't need another strict diet — we need a plan for Tuesday evening when we're tired and the fridge looks empty.
What we make
Printable meal plans, recipe books, planners and guides. Everything is a PDF you download once and keep: no app, no subscription, no login to remember.
What we believe
- Add, don't restrict. More vegetables, more protein, more fibre — rather than lists of forbidden foods.
- Simple beats strict. A few habits you keep are worth more than a perfect plan you drop after a week.
- Real food, real portions. Ingredients in grams, meals you can cook after work, and nothing you need a specialist shop for.
- No hype. No detoxes, no “melt fat fast”, no before-and-after promises.
How our plans are built
Every meal plan and recipe book is calculated ingredient by ingredient from standard nutrition data, then checked line by line before it goes on sale — calories and protein per serving, shopping lists totalled for the week, and swaps for the days when something doesn't suit you. The design is deliberately calm: cream paper, soft green, plenty of space to write.
Who it's for
Busy adults who want structure without obsession — people cooking for one or for a family, beginners in the kitchen, and anyone who's tired of starting over every Monday. There are omnivore, vegetarian and vegan versions, so you can pick the one that fits how you eat.
A note on health
FitPal products share general wellness information, not medical or personalised nutrition advice. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or managing a health condition, please speak to your doctor or a registered dietitian first.
