Refund policy

Every product in this shop is a digital file (PDF) that you download immediately after payment. Nothing is posted to you.

Right of withdrawal and digital content

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is supplied immediately and not on a physical medium, that right ends once the download begins, provided you have given your express prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. You give this consent at checkout, which is why a completed purchase cannot be cancelled or returned once the file has been made available to you.

When we do refund

If something is wrong on our side, write to us within 14 days of your purchase and we will repair it or refund you in full. This covers cases where the download link does not work and we cannot deliver the file another way; the file is damaged or will not open; you received a different product from the one you ordered; the product clearly does not match the description on its product page; or you were charged twice for the same order.

A refund is not possible simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the file. The number of pages, the format and the contents of each product are described on its page and in our FAQ, so please read them before ordering.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fitpal.store with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 days; your bank may need a few days more to show the money.

Statutory rights

These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights under Slovenian and EU law, including rights relating to digital content that does not conform to the contract.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

We do our best to resolve any complaint directly. In accordance with Slovenian consumer protection law, we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for disputes arising from our online sales. You may still contact the Slovenian Market Inspectorate or a consumer organisation for assistance.
