Four kinds of product, each answering a different question. Here's how to pick.
“Just tell me what to eat this week.”
Start with the 7-Day Healthy Meal Plan. Seven days of meals are decided for you, down to the gram, with a shopping list you can take to the shop as it is. Pick the omnivore, vegetarian or vegan version and the calorie level that fits you — the meals stay the same, only the portions change.
“I can cook, I just run out of ideas.”
Go for a Healthy Recipe Book. Forty everyday recipes per book with calories and protein per serving, labelled Quick, High protein, Meal prep or Gluten-free so you can find something that fits tonight. Right now the omnivore edition comes with Vol. 2 free, which makes 80 recipes.
“I want to understand how to build a meal myself.”
The Balanced Eating Guide is the one that teaches rather than prescribes: the plate method, portions measured with your hand instead of scales, and a meal builder you can use with whatever is in the fridge.
“I need to get organised.”
The Healthy Weekly Meal Planner covers the food side: meals, groceries and prep for the week. The FitPal Wellness Planner is wider — goals, habits, movement, sleep and meals in one place. Both are undated, so you print a fresh copy whenever you need one.
“I keep starting over.”
The 30-Day Healthy Habits Challenge gives you one small habit a day for a month, across four themed weeks, with a tracker to tick off. Missing a day doesn't end it.
Good combinations
- Meal plan + recipe book: structure for the first week, then a wider choice of recipes once you find your feet.
- Balanced Eating Guide + weekly planner: learn how to build a plate, then plan a week of them.
- Habits challenge + wellness planner: a month of small steps, with somewhere to keep track of the rest.
Still not sure? Write to hello@fitpal.store and tell us what you're trying to change — we'll point you to the right one, even if that means telling you to buy nothing.
