This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit or buy from fitpal.store, why we need it and what rights you have. The controller of your data is EV Projects, Projektiranje, Egon Vrbančič s.p., Ulica Jožeta Pučnika 2, 2325 Njiverce, Kidričevo, Slovenia, email hello@fitpal.store.
What we collect
- Order data: your name, email address, billing details and the products you bought. We need these to deliver your files, issue an invoice and keep our accounts.
- Payment data: processed directly by our payment providers. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, never your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, so we can answer you.
- Technical data: cookies and similar technology keep your basket working and help us see which pages people visit.
Why we may use it
To perform our contract with you (delivering the product and supporting you afterwards), to meet legal obligations such as keeping invoices for the period required by tax law, and, where we have your consent, to send you occasional emails about new products. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.
Who processes it
The shop runs on Shopify, which hosts the store and processes orders on our behalf. Payment providers handle the transaction, and an email service delivers order confirmations and any newsletter you sign up for. These providers act as our processors under contract and may store data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Invoice and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Other order data and correspondence are kept only as long as we need them, and newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Write to hello@fitpal.store and we will reply within one month. If you believe we handle your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the shop and your basket working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time in your browser settings.
