There is no shipping in this shop. Every product is a PDF file, so there are no delivery costs, no customs and no waiting for a parcel.
How delivery works
As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also sent to the email address you entered at checkout. Delivery is normally instant; in rare cases the email can take a few minutes.
If the file does not arrive
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If the email is not there, write to hello@fitpal.store with the name you used at checkout and we will send the file again. We reply within 1–2 business days.
What you need
Any device that opens PDF files — a phone, tablet or computer. The files are designed for A4 paper and can be printed as often as you like for your own use. Save a copy to your device or cloud storage so you always have it.
